Storage: Chocolate is heat sensitive and very absorbent, so should be stored away from heat sources and anything odiferous. Cool and dry is a good rule of thumb; not in the refrigerator. Sugar is a natural preservative, extending the chocolate almond brittle's shelf life to 6-9 months.
